Unable to do Domain Renewal

Hi,
I am unable to renew my domain, it was expired 5 days ago on Oct 2. I’d like to renew but I get the “unable to update auto renew” error message when I click the “Enable auto-renewal” button on my team’s domain page. How can I solve this problem?

  • DNS domain: lpdpunimelb.com
  • Expired on October 2nd 2024.
  • My payment method has a registered credit card.
