Error in DNS setup

In “Set up Netlify DNS for your domain”, first step “Add the domain to Netlify”, when I click the “Verify” button, I keep getting this error message: “dns_api [my site name]: 403 - failed to update view digest: unauthorized: FQDN is used by multiple zones on the same view, or there is a child/parent zone owned by a different org”.

I do not know how to proceed from here.

Please help.

Hi,

That error is coming from NS1 (our DNS provider). You would have to contact them to resolve the issue, or use External DNS.
