ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID from home ISP

Hi,

I have set up NS servers with those for Netlify, and generated SSL certicate for my domain americanopadel.app. However, I see ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID when accessing it from my home internet. The weird part is that everything works fine from mobile internet.

My config is as follows:

  • Netlify NS servers set up for the domain on the registrator’s side
  • SSL generated in Netlify
  • I have alias domains set in Netlify: www., padelamericano.app, and www.padelamericano.app
  • I’ve made redirects from all aliases as well as from americanopadel.netlify.app to americanopadel.app via netlify.toml

How can I fix this issue?

Thank you!

Hi @PaulMark,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Netlify’s Support Forums!

I’m not able to reproduce an issues, visiting padelamericano.app is resolving properly.

I checked your DNS configuration and see that you’re using Netlify’s name servers.

If this is only happening on your home ISP, you may need to re-start your router. if you continue to have issues, you may have to contact your ISP to see if they can help you troubleshoot.

Thank you for checking it! Does it also work for americanopadel.app for you?

Hi @PaulMark,

Yep, going to americanopadel.app is also working for me:
