Email notifications stopped working on form submission

Issue: Notification emails are no longer being sent

The email has been removed from the hard bounce list.

Do you send out notifications that an email has been added to a hard bounce list? Or is there somewhere in the dashboard to indicates this? Without knowing we potentially lost business because we were unaware that the email had been blocked.

Is there anything we can do on our end to ensure the email notifications don’t bounce?

Honestly, not very happy with how you guys handle this situation.

Hi, we do not send out notifications. The reason for emails on this list is that their mail server rejected our mail at some point. To comply with anti-spam policies and regulations, we are required to stop sending emails to email addresses when a permanent email delivery failure occurs.

Right now the only process we have at this point is to check and remove emails from this list.
