Domain Verification for Custom_Domain is owned by another account

Hi - I just want to ask for verification. 2 of our domains were previously configured by our former employee and when we migrated to another netlify account, the error “custom_domain is owned by another account” were showing on 2 domains.

Upon browsing into the forums, I stumbled upon a solution created by one of your support engineers. I already added the DNS at our domains for verification.

Below are the details:

Site 1
Site Name: cebu-seat-leasing.netlify.app
Domain: www.cebu-seat-leasing.com

Site 2
Site Name: cebu-virtual-office.netlify.app
Domain: www.cebu-virtual-office.com

Hmm. I cannot find either of those names configured in our system and I also don’t have trouble (temporarily) adding them to a test site of mine. Perhaps you found and removed the other settings in the meantime?

If the problem persists, could you please screenshot where you are seeing that error? Please include the URL in the screenshot :slight_smile:
