Domain Stuck in “Preparing your domain...” After Payment Issue

Hi Netlify Support,

I forgot to update my credit card (Visa), and as a result, my payment didn’t go through. My site was disconnected, and I only noticed it after it had already gone offline.

I’ve since updated my card details and restored the payment, but now my custom domain—which has been working fine for over two years—is stuck in the “Preparing your domain…” state. It’s been like this for over a day and a half, and nothing has changed.

It seems like something’s wrong on the backend, and I’d really appreciate it if your team could take a look.
