Hello Netlify Team,
I need help releasing a domain that appears to be locked to a previous Netlify team.
Domain: ghrlimpieza.com
Current site:
unrivaled-frangollo-7b08d4.netlify.app
I have full access to the domain through Porkbun and can modify DNS records.
The previous Netlify project using this domain has already been deleted. However, when I try to add the domain to my current Netlify site, I receive the following message:
“ghrlimpieza.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I no longer have access to the previous Netlify account and would appreciate help releasing the domain or verifying ownership through DNS.
