Subject: Domain stuck on another team after site deletion

Hello,

I own the domain tarologacatiasanches.com.br.

The previous Netlify site was deleted, but the domain is still attached to another Netlify team/account.

I no longer have access to that old team/project.

When I try to add the domain to my new site, I get this error:

“The domain tarologacatiasanches.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

Could you please remove the old domain association so I can attach the domain to my new Netlify site?

I can verify ownership through Registro.br if needed.

Subject: Release my custom domain from another Netlify team

Hello Netlify Support,

I am the owner of the domain anishyadav.com.np.

When I try to add it to my Netlify project, I receive the error:

“anishyadav.com.np or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I no longer have access to the old Netlify account or team where this domain is attached.

Please help remove or release this domain so I can connect it to my current Netlify project.

I can verify ownership of the domain if needed.

Hello Netlify Support, I have added the requested TXT verification record for anishyadav.com.np to my Cloudflare DNS. I no longer have access to the previous Netlify account/team. Please verify the DNS record and release the domain from the previous team so I can connect it to my new Netlify account. Thank you.
