Hi, I’m trying to add my domain “epaviste-bordeaux.com” to my Netlify site (site name: epaviste-bordeaux-citycars.netlify.app, account: boukhendala.hamed@gmail.com), but I get this error:
“epaviste-bordeaux.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I own this domain (registered at Name.com) but I don’t have access to whatever other Netlify account/team currently manages its DNS. I don’t recall creating another account, and no one else has access to my domain registrar account. Could you please help release this domain from the other team so I can connect it to my own site?
Thank you.
