So I wanted to connect a custom domain, however, it is saying ‘Your domain registration failed.’ My preferred domain (jiyadoshi.com) is not on serverhold and I’ve tried a total of 9 times only to get a “Unfortunately, we weren’t able to purchase jiyadoshi.com for team Jiya Doshi. This could be due to a payment issue or a problem with the domain provider. Please check your payment details and try again.” again and again. I’ve tried changing the payment method and also refreshing and trying on different devices but it’s not working.
I’ve routed this to our helpdesk, we’ll follow up via email.
