Hi there,
As you mention, we are having some issues with the connection to our registrar for purchasing domains, which we hope will be resolved soon. However, if you’re keen to set up your custom domain straight away, you could buy your domain from another registrar, and then choose the “Add a domain you already own” option to use it with your site.
I prefer to add from netlify for all DNS default setups. Thank you!
