Domain paid but unusable for over a month

Hi Netlify team,

I purchased the domain directly through Netlify and received a payment receipt, but I have been unable to use it for over a month now.

The issue seems to stem from two connected problems I’ve already posted about:

  1. The domain shows as “isn’t registered yet” even though payment was completed.
  2. An old, expired DNS zone (expired May 30) from a previous account is still attached to this domain and cannot be removed from my end, blocking me from mapping it to my site.

I have paid for a working domain and have not been able to use the service I purchased. Could you please prioritize this and either:

  • Complete the domain registration and remove the stale DNS zone so I can deploy my site, or
  • Issue a refund if this cannot be resolved promptly.

This has already been open for a month without resolution. I’d appreciate a timely response.
