Hello Netlify team,
I am trying to connect my custom domain:
to a Netlify project.
However I get the error:
“sapphireintelconsulting.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
Here is what I have already verified:
• Domain is registered on GoDaddy
• Nameservers are GoDaddy default:
ns21.domaincontrol.com
ns22.domaincontrol.com
• I have never connected this domain to any other Netlify account before.
• DNS records are currently parked on GoDaddy.
• DNS checks show the domain is NOT using Netlify DNS.
Despite this, Netlify still says the domain is managed by another team.
Can you please check whether this domain is still attached to an old/stale internal Netlify team and release the domain association?
