Subject: Domain already managed by another Netlify team
Hello,
I’m trying to connect my custom domain thefadefactorywb.com to a new Netlify site, but I receive the following error:
“thefadefactorywb.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
Custom domain: thefadefactorywb.com
Netlify site name: https://tranquil-crisp-d3625f.netlify.app/
Background:

I own the domain and have access to the domain registrar/DNS settings.

Our previous website was built and managed by a third-party agency.

I believe the agency may have connected the domain to a Netlify team that I no longer have access to.

I am trying to connect the domain to a new Netlify site under my account.
Could someone help determine whether the domain is still attached to another Netlify team and advise on the process for verifying ownership and releasing the domain so I can use it on my current site?
