Hello,
I’m trying to add my custom domain kaycicat.fr to my Netlify project “kay-cicat” (kay-cicat.netlify.app), but I get this error:
“kaycicat.fr or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS in another team.”
The problem is I don’t have access to any other team that owns this domain — it may be an old/forgotten account from a previous attempt to set up this domain, possibly years ago.
I’ve already sent 2 messages to Netlify support without any response yet.
Could someone help me identify which team/account currently has this domain registered in Netlify DNS, and release it so I can add it to my current project?
