Hi Support Team,
I am trying to add my custom domain altanasuk.com to my site, but I am receiving the error: “altanasuk.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The previous account has already been deleted, but the DNS zone seems to be stuck.
I have verified my ownership by creating the required TXT verification record at my registrar (Tasjeel).
- Custom Domain: altanasuk.com
- TXT Record Host: verified-for-netlify
- Netlify Site Name: tanasuk.netlify.app
Could you please purge the old DNS zone so I can add it to my new team? Thank you!
