DNS Zone Already Exists on NS1 – Need Help Completing DNS Setup

Hi Netlify team,

I’m trying to set up Netlify DNS for my custom domain seshmuthan.com, which I purchased via Namecheap. I already set the nameservers to Netlify’s (NS1) nameservers:

However, when I click “Add domain” under “Set up Netlify DNS,” I get the following error:

“A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1.”

I believe this means a previous DNS zone is stuck. Could you please help remove/reset the DNS zone so I can complete the setup and activate my custom domain with HTTPS?
