Hi,
I’m trying to get my custom domain work. I’ve created A Record @ 104.198.14.52 and CNAME Record www mydomain.com on Namecheap.
But could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate:
and I can’t access the website through the new custom domain:
Thanks in advance for helping me find out why my custom domain is not working correctly.
Hi @paddy420! Welcome to netlify community.
I am not sure that your CNAME is set up correctly. It should point to mysite.netlify.com as explained in this post: [Support Guide] Can I host my site on Netlify but keep my DNS at my domain registrar?
If that doesn’t fix things, please send us your site name and we can dig deeper.
