There’s a Netlify DNS zone for this domain, but no DNS records associated with it. for setting up DNS records.
You’re not using Netlify DNS, so this problem should not apply anymore.
A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1, the DNS provider backing Netlify DNS
I recently used it on a Godaddy hosting, but I already canceled the service, and according to them they told me that everything would be fine.
I even accessed the website https://deusorte.online and saw that it shows me the godaddy deful page.
Okay, but how does that solve/affect the issue I mentioned above?
It doesn’t solve it, I still have the problem.
Are you trying to use
deusorte.online with a Netlify site @leandrobrunoo?
Yes, I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work.
deusorte.online is using GoDaddy DNS
$ whois deusorte.online
Domain Name: DEUSORTE.ONLINE
Name Server: NS15.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS16.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS63.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS64.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
dig does return NS1 nameservers
$ dig deusorte.online NS
deusorte.online. 3470 IN NS dns1.p01.nsone.net.
deusorte.online. 3470 IN NS dns3.p01.nsone.net.
deusorte.online. 3470 IN NS dns4.p01.nsone.net.
deusorte.online. 3470 IN NS dns2.p01.nsone.net.
As demonstrated in the post DNS queries are answered by GoDaddy’s DNS
$ dig deusorte.online NS +trace | tail -n 6
deusorte.online. 3600 IN NS ns15.domaincontrol.com.
deusorte.online. 3600 IN NS ns16.domaincontrol.com.
deusorte.online. 3600 IN NS ns63.domaincontrol.com.
deusorte.online. 3600 IN NS ns64.domaincontrol.com.

I suggest first checking the name servers configured at GoDaddy. Once it is determined there are not issues, try following the post I have linked above.
I now contacted their helpdesk and asked them to clear all the NS1 settings.
They said they did it, and told me to wait 24 hours to propagate the dns, and if it didn’t work, contact them tomorrow.
I’m starting to think that it was because I deleted the Set up Netlify DNS for your domain configuration, and now I’m trying to create it again and it tells me that there is already one created in NS1.
How can I recreate the DNS for my domain within Netlify?
Would it be possible to delete the settings for this domain from the other account, referring to the domain deusorte.online?
I am no longer able to configure NETLIFY DNS, right after deleting it.
When trying to configure it tells me that there is already a service used in NS1
Can someone help me?
Hi, @leandrobrunoo. I would suggest not using the Netlify DNS instructions and to use these external DNS instructions below:
Would you please try those above instructions and let us know if there are any questions?
I already tried my friend.
I’m not finding that a Netlify DNS Zone for
deusorte.online currently exist on Netlify. I do however, show the domain has been assigned to an site here:
However, I’m not showing that External DNS has been configured:
The DNS will need to be configured at the registrar in order for External DNS to work.
You can follow our docs here:
