Dashboard restricted for non-payment after successful Personal plan payment

Hello,

My project safeschool-ai.kz is still restricted with the message: “Access to this project’s dashboard is restricted for non-payment.”

Today, September 14, 2026, I successfully upgraded to the Personal plan ($9/month). The payment was successful, and my account shows 1,000 / 1,000 credits remaining.

However, I still cannot access the dashboard of my existing safeschool-ai.kz project. The non-payment restriction remains.

Could you please check my account and project and restore access to the dashboard?

Additional information: after upgrading to the Personal plan, my existing safeschool-ai.kz project no longer appears in my Projects list. My account shows only one team, raushan (Personal), and the Projects page is empty. Previously, when I accessed the project directly, Netlify showed “Access to this project’s dashboard is restricted for non-payment.”

Please restore access to my existing project. I do not want to create a new project or lose the existing deployment and configuration.
