Hi Netlify team,
My production site is still paused after I upgraded to the paid Personal ($9/mo) plan,
and I’m hoping someone here can help escalate.
Background:
- My project was disabled after the team hit the credit limit.
- I upgraded to the Personal plan to restore it.
- After upgrading, the project is still disabled. In Project configuration > Danger zone,
clicking “Enable project” returns: “Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support
for assistance.” - I opened a support ticket but have only received automated responses so far.

- Plan: Personal ($9/mo), active
Could a staff member please either re-enable the project or advise on next steps? Since
the upgrade didn’t restore access and my site was down, I’d also like to sort out a refund.
