Subject: Paid Personal plan active but all projects still paused due to credit limit
Hi Netlify Support,
My team “teamDev-EFS’s team” is still showing the banner:
“This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects have been paused to prevent overages.”
However, I have already upgraded to the Personal plan and the billing page shows:
Team: teamDev-EFS’s team
Plan: Personal plan
Paid receipt: $9.00
Available plan credits: 1,000 credits
Auto recharge credits: Enabled
Overdue invoices: No invoices
Despite this, all my projects are still paused and not restored.
Please urgently check and restore/unpause my projects, as the plan is active and payment has already been completed.
Important affected projects include: eximgth.com
all other websites.
Please confirm whether this is a billing sync issue, credit activation delay, or if any manual action is required from your side.
