Hi Netlify community,
My Netlify team/projects are currently disabled after exceeding the Functions limit.
I received this message:
“This team has exceeded the Functions limit for silly-mermaid-7072f7.
All projects will be paused to prevent overages.”
My Functions usage showed:
- Requests: 173,409 / 125,000
- Runtime: 4 hours / 100 hours
I upgraded my plan to Personal, but my projects are still unavailable.
When I try to enable the site, I get this error:
“Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support for assistance.”
I have already created a support ticket (#1050527), but I haven’t received a resolution yet.
Could someone from Netlify help check why the team is still disabled after upgrading?
