My account dashboard has been locked with the error: “Access to this project’s dashboard is restricted for non-payment.”

Current Status:
I am trying to resolve the billing issue and updated my payment details, but I am unable to access the team dashboard to verity or clear the block.
Could a support engineer or admin please look into this, check my billing sync, and manually lift the account restriction flag so l can access my dashboard?
