Check DNS configuration error for apex domain

Hi support,

I have added CNAME record for my www and A record for my apex domain in my dns setting but my apex domain chrisqiu.com has been always showing “Check DNS configuration” on my netlify domain setting while my www domain is working ok. Also, my https ssl/TLS certificate only contains two of my subdomains missing my apex domain. Could you please have a look or please let me know how I can fix it?

@chrisq It looks as though you have two A records, one for NameCheap and one for Netlify. I’ll bet this needs to be fixed before anything else.

Hi Greg,

I have only got one A record shown on my dns configuration pointing to Netlify. Probably I created an incorrect one before but already deleted it a few days ago. Could you please let me know where I can find the other one?

On NameCheap, it should be under Domains -> Details -> Advanced DNS.
