Can't Subscribe to Pro Plan

Hi there, Jaye with CustomerHD here. We’re trying to upgrade to the Pro plan but we’ve been receiving this error for about a week now:

unable to create subscription: [{:code=>53000020, :message=>“Account is not activated.”}]
