Cannot verify new account

Hi there,

I recently signed up for a new account and had to verify using photographic ID. I didn’t have it to hand, and now the link has expired. I’m unable to raise a support case as a free user, and unable to buy pro without logging in. Is it possible to restart verification? The account uses the same email address as my forum user.

Thanks for your reply and apologies for the duplicate post! I got the link but unfortunately it just immediately skips to unable to verify with no option to provide documents. Is there any way I can rectify this? I promise I’m a real person - suspect this happened because I tried to create my account while travelling internationally.

No problem, thanks for getting back to me. I have sent an email to that address, but got the standard auto close response for a free account - hopefully that can be overridden here.
