Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain, despite DNS being fully verified and correct.
Site name: siat-tpq (also referenced as lam-ra)
Custom domain: lam-ra.my.id
DNS type: Netlify DNS (nameservers dns1-4.p06.nsone.net)
What I’ve checked:
- Domain management shows “Netlify DNS” with a green checkmark for both lam-ra.my.id and www.lam-ra.my.id
- dnschecker.org confirms the NS records (dns1-4.p06.nsone.net) have fully propagated globally
- Clicking “Verify DNS configuration” returns “DNS verification was successful”
- Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) for lam-ra.my.id using http-01 returns “Everything is okay! No problems were found.”
- No CAA records found, no AAAA (IPv6) records found
Despite all of this, the HTTPS panel shows: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
Since DNS is confirmed correct from every external tool, this looks like a stuck provisioning state on Netlify’s side rather than a DNS misconfiguration. Could you please manually trigger/retry certificate issuance for lam-ra.my.id?
Thank you for your help!
