Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am writing to request a review of my account suspension due to a significant discrepancy in deploy usage data.
My site (silly-fudge-63f18e) has been suspended for exceeding the Free plan limit (345 credits / 23 deploys) for the current billing period. However, this calculation does not match my actual activity at all.
Here are the facts regarding my account:
- Account Info: I joined on Jan 23, and I currently have 2 projects (only 1 is active: silly-fudge-63f18e).
- Current Billing Cycle (Feb 1 - Feb 28):
- Netlify Billing says: 23 production deploys.
- Actual Log shows: Only 2 deploys made on Feb 1st.
- Previous Activity (Jan 23 - Jan 31):
- I had about 13 deploys (including 4 failed ones) in January.
- These should belong to the previous billing cycle and should not affect the current February limit.
It seems that the system has incorrectly carried over my January usage or miscalculated the current cycle’s deploys.
I have attached screenshots of my Billing page (showing 23 deploys) and my Deploy Logs (showing only 2 deploys in Feb).
Could you please investigate this error and unsuspend my project (silly-fudge-63f18e)?
