Account suspended (Authentication Error) possibly due to false positive on obfuscated HTML/JS code

Hi Netlify Support Team,

I am writing to appeal the suspension of my account. When I attempt to log in, I receive an “Authentication Error” stating my account has been suspended.

Site Name: I cannot recall the exact site name as I am locked out, but it is linked to my email (which is the same email address used to register this forum account).

Reason for the issue: I believe this suspension was triggered by a false positive in your automated security systems. I recently deployed a personal project where I used an online tool called “Click Obfuscate” (HTML Obfuscator). This tool converts standard HTML into obfuscated JavaScript to protect the code.

I understand that this scrambled code can look suspicious to automated scanners (resembling malware), but I assure you it is harmless code intended for a personal application only.

My Request: Since I am locked out of the dashboard, I am unable to delete the site or the deployment myself.

  1. Please review the account associated with this profile.

  2. If the obfuscated code violates your policies or triggered a virus alert, please delete that specific site/page immediately.

  3. I kindly ask you to reinstate my account so I can continue using Netlify.

Thank you for your assistance.
