Today is my first time signup in netlify website using email/password method. During the verification process I used my Aadhar card which is issued by Indian government as I reside in India though it wasn’t capturing at that time, so I used my college ID card after that I received an email about “Your identity verification could not complete because of the following error: The document type is not one of the allowed document types.” I also read the forum in which I saw I need a PAN card for verification for Indian. But I cant verify my account as I keep getting this error.
Hi, can you provide an email. I can re-issue a verification link. Please use a PAN card to verify. If you do not have this card then you will not be able to verify. If this is the case please submit a help desk ticket and mark the issue as signup/login.
