Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you may have deleted one of the Netlify-type records that exist in the domain management panel and that’s preventing the Let’s Encrypt certificate from generating. To resolve, remove the custom domain from the site:
And when you re-add it, it will regenerate the necessary records.
(As a note, the CAA record you made in there is not necessary)
