Will $45/month tier allow me to solve my “Another site is already using this domain” error?

I’m wondering if I can get email support on this tier? It says email support in the pricing guide under $45 but I also see under that there are support services selling for $1,000+ per month.

Hi, @anthony, we do provide support by email with the Pro level team plan (which is $45/month currently).

However, we will also resolve these issues for any plan level, even Starter plan team. For Starter plan teams nearly all technical support is done publicly on the forum though.
