What is the cost to use Identity on all plans including free tier?

As Nathan mentioned, Netlify Identity is no longer recommended, and we don’t offer support for it at this time, which is why it’s no longer listed on our pricing page.

Currently, we encourage users to integrate directly with a third-party identity solution, our preferred partner being Auth0 by Okta.
