Videos have stopped loading

Video assets have stopped loading on two of our deployments:

fervent-leakey-923af2 (realmalliance.com)
hu-waitlist (soarmoney.com)

Not sure what’s going on or if we can do anything on our side.

In both cases video assets are available when visited ‘directly’ as opposed to embedded in HTML.

Videos disappeared from site but still appearing on temporary site

Hi, @mkrecny. This was the range header issue mentioned in the other topic. Visiting the video directly prevents the range header from being used which is why it worked that way.

The issue is fixed now. However, if you do still see it happening please reply here or in the other topic to let us know.
