URGENT: SSL Stuck on "Waiting on DNS propagation" for adverumpartners.com

I am seeking assistance with a stuck SSL certificate for a business-critical site. We have recently migrated our hosting from Squarespace to Netlify, while keeping our domain registration and DNS management at GoDaddy (External DNS).

Details:

  • Netlify Site Name: grand-sunflower-7fc21e.netlify.app

  • Custom Domain: adverumpartners.com

  • Primary Domain: adverumpartners.com (with www redirect)

Current Status:

  1. DNS Verification: In the Netlify dashboard, it says “DNS verification was successful,” but the SSL section is stuck with a spinning wheel on “Waiting on DNS propagation.”

  2. External DNS Configuration: I have configured an A record pointing to 75.2.60.5 and a CNAME for www pointing to the Netlify subdomain.

  3. Propagation: Verified via DNSChecker.org—the records have propagated globally.

  4. Connectivity: The site is currently reachable via HTTP, but browsers are throwing privacy errors because the SSL certificate has not been provisioned.

  5. Troubleshooting Done: I have ensured there are no AAAA or CAA records present in my GoDaddy settings. I have also tried removing and re-adding the domain once to reset the process, but the status remains stuck.

Because this is a live company site, the “Not Private” warning is causing a major disruption. Could a moderator please manually trigger the SSL certificate issuance or clear any cached validation failures on the backend?

Thank you for your help!

seems to be resolved.
