Hi,
My custom domain’s SSL for hulmang.co.kr is continuously stuck on “Waiting on DNS propagation.”
- My Netlify site at
https://gleaming-bonbon-317251.netlify.app/ works perfectly.
- I’ve correctly set my nameservers at Gabia to Netlify’s (
dns1-4.p03.nsone.net).
dnschecker.org also shows the A record for hulmang.co.kr correctly pointing to Netlify’s IP.
- It’s been [Exact time elapsed: e.g., over 20 hours/almost a day] now, but HTTPS access to
https://hulmang.co.kr/ still shows “Not secure” or an NXDOMAIN error. I’ve tried clearing cache and checking on other devices.
Is there an issue with the SSL certificate provisioning, or something else I should check from my side? Any help would be appreciated.
@Sungjun_Na Check your DNS records again, I’m not seeing any NS records for your domain:
sorry there was a typo in my link
My correct url is huimang.co.kr and it looks like the DNS records can be found
@Sungjun_Na Yes, I see Netlify’s NS records for that domain.
You can work through the troubleshooting tips here:
https://docs.netlify.com/domains/troubleshooting-tips/
There’s also this support guide:
https://answers.netlify.com/t/support-guide-troubleshooting-ssl-certificate-errors/39865
It might be that you need to wait for Netlify’s assistance though.
Often when they help with these tickets they do so privately, so I’m not sure what the fix tends to be.
@Sungjun_Na this appears to be resolved?
@nathanmartin I’m not sure what the issue was in this case as it was already solved, but if someone has correctly added Netlify nameservers (and they’re not running into [Support Guide] How to detect and fix inactive Netlify DNS zones), then it’s almost always the case where the DNS Records were added to Netlify’s Database, but not added to NS1 (our DNS provider). We usually manually add it there, or the user can fix it by removing the domain from site settings and adding it back as that will remove the records from our database and re-add it.
