Urgent: Free Tier Site Paused During Launch (Student Project)

Hello, I am a student setting up a portfolio for a friend as a gift I’m hoping to present in a couple of days.

My site was just paused because I reached the 300 credit limit. I believe these credits were consumed by multiple production builds while I was troubleshooting the configuration earlier today.

Site Details:

  • Netlify Site Name: deft-stardust-97e41d

  • Team Slug: SamKoffler

Usage Stats: Only 4.4MB of bandwidth and ~280 requests used.

Since this is a small personal project for a gift with a tight deadline, would it be possible to get a one-time credit reset so I can get it back online?

Thank you!
