Unable to log in with GitHub from the beginning

I was unable to log in to netlify with my GitHub account from the beginning.stating that the email has already been registered login to continue with GitHub. Then I opened my email address to check if there is any message from netlify and I saw a message to verify my account by uploading my identity which have done severally. Later I got a message that my account has been suspended. Please I need your help by enable my account
