Unable to link successsy.com domain to new Netlify site

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue linking my custom domain, successsy.com, to my new Netlify website. I previously had successsy.com linked to an old Netlify site, which I have since deleted. I believe I forgot to remove the domain from the old Netlify site before deleting it.

Now, when I try to link successsy.com to my new Netlify site, I receive an error. I have already:

  • Added the necessary DNS records.
  • Removed all original DNS records from my domain provider (Zoho).
  • Waited a significant amount of time for propagation.
  • Consulted Netlify support previously, and the response indicated that the domain was not associated with any active Netlify site or data.

Despite following your support steps, I haven’t been able to resolve this. My understanding is that the domain might still be “stuck” in your system due to my oversight in not unlinking it before deleting the previous site.

Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible? Is there anything I can do to prove ownership of the domain?
