Need Help Verifying Domain Ownership After Deleting Previous Netlify Account

Hi Netlify team and community,

I’m currently facing an issue while trying to verify ownership of my custom domain successsy.com , which I previously had connected to a Netlify account that I have since deleted.

I’m now trying to set up the domain again with my current Netlify site, WISSI , but I’m running into the following error:

“A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1.”

From the documentation and community posts, I understand that there are two possible ways to verify domain ownership in this situation:

  1. Create a support forum post and use its URL as the value for a DNS TXT record.
  2. Submit a support ticket under the category “Another site is using this domain” and use the ticket number as the TXT value

I’d really appreciate it if someone from the Netlify team could help clear the DNS zone or assist with re-verifying the domain so I can connect successsy.com to my current WISSI site .

For ‘What kind of help do you need?’
Select ‘DNS Zone Conflict’

Then provide the relevant details, (and perhaps a link back to this thread).

Netlify’s team will then respond to you via email.
