Unable to link a domain in netlify

Hello I am unable to link hatryk.com custom domain to my netlify app. We own this domain and hence we know this cannot be used in any other netlify app, but we get the error:

Domains must be unique across Netlify. Currently another site is using this domain. If you don’t know which site, please contact support for guidance.
Domain aliases are typically used to link additional vanity URLs to your site besides the primary domain.

Please let us know what is the best way to resolve this.

Please follow the instruction at the post below, and one of the staff member will be able to release ownership of the domain from the other site for you to use.

Hi @hartanto thank you for providing the link, it was helpful, I have went ahead and added the TXT record on my domain via my domain provider. Please let me know if you can assist further from here. The domain I am trying to add is Hatryk.com
