Unable to get SSL/TLS certificate

Hello,
I have a website hosted on netlify mississaugapetportraits.com.
Domain was bought on squarespace and i pointed it to my netlify website. The site is working but it says that it not secure and in the domain management section i have this message when i go to the SSL certificate part We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain..

Create an A Record for mississaugapetportraits.com that points to 75.2.60.5.
