The domain cannot be renewed as it no longer exists. It has become unregistered and now anyone (including you) can register it again. You can register it again at Netlify or a registrar of your choice.
To be clear, it is not required that you renew via Netlify but you can do so. You can also just as easily register it with any registrar at all.
However, before you can register the domain again, you would need to delete the DNS zone for it here first:

After deleting the zone above, it can be registered again using Netlify. Note, deleting the DNS zone above is not required if you register it again using a different service (although I would recommend deleting the DNS zone regardless).
The reason the DNS zone must be deleted is that you cannot register it again via Netlify until that happens. Also, if you register with another service, you can still using Netlify DNS for the domain using these instructions:
Again, though, with both scenarios the DNS zone should be deleted and they recreated as a new domain or DNS zone.

Hello, I see that there was probably an error while trying to renew my domain. As you can see from my previous request, I requested a renew and got charged the renewal charge. However, when I checked the invoice, it shows renewal is from 10/15/2023 to 10/15/2023 basically same day. I feel like the person who did the renewal might have mistakenly written 2023 instead of 2024. Can you fix that, please? It has been a week, and I still can’t access my domain.

There appear to be two transactions. On October 10, we renewed the domain murathany.com for $13.99.
On October 15, we attempted to renew murathanyildirim.com. I can see that something went wrong there. For instance, in the UI, it showed the domain as being available for renewal and not actually renewed. We did charge you $17.99 for this transaction.
I just manually renewed the domain. In order to get it to work correctly, I had to process another payment (I tried to fix it without doing this first.) While this fixed up the domain, it does mean you were billed again incorrectly. I apologize for that. I need to refund that payment ($18.99) but am running into an error when I try to do so. I’m just trying to do it too soon. I fully expect to be able to get past the error tomorrow so I will keep this thread open and circle back tomorrow afternoon with an update.

Thanks, I got the refund. However now, there is another issue. When I go to my website www.murathanyildirim.com , there is a certificate error (SSL?) and it doesn’t show the website in any way. Can you please solve it? error name on google is: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
@murathany7 I’ve renewed the SSL certificate to include www.murathanyildirim.com. In the future, you can do this on your end by navigating to your site > Domain Management > HTTPS > SSL/TLS Certificate > Renew Certificate.
