Turkey ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I have the same problem and I am a resident of Turkey.

I get "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" on my website

I deployed my website yesterday and it was running smoothly. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that I got an “ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” error. Then I tried with my phone and the same error again. After that, again I tried with my phone but this time I used my GSM operator internet, not the Wifi, and my site opened I didn’t get the “ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” error.
