Turkey ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I have this error : “ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” I think it’s happen for I live in Turkey.

When I use any VPN, my all Netlify sites work but without VPN, none of them works and I see above error.

I deployed my website yesterday and it was running smoothly. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that I got an “ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” error. Then I tried with my phone and the same error again. After that, again I tried with my phone but this time I used my GSM operator internet, not the Wifi, and my site opened I didn’t get the “ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” error.
