Trouble adding A records

Hi there,

I am adding A records and got the error below,

“dns_api mydomain.com - auth.mydomain.com/A: 400 - link exists, all config must be empty”

Is it caused by the existing NETLIFY records? If so, can you help me to delete the NETLIFY records?

hi there,

which domain is this in question? we can delete the A record if you are trying to set a new one, but that will cause the site to be unreachable until you configure it.

if you know what you want the a record to point towards, and can’t have any downtime, let us know and we’ll make the switch for you.
