Cannot add an A record to my domain DNS

Hello Netlify!

I’m getting the following error when trying to add an A record:

dns_api rayanravesh.com - mail.rayanravesh.com/A: 400 - link exists, all config must be empty

I read in another thread that this can only be fixed by deleting the NETLIFY records, which can only be done by the support team.

Can you please do that for me?

Which ones do you want the system records removed for?

I am facing the exact same error when adding an A record:

jonas1, if we remove the record, your site will go down until you reconfigure. is this acceptable? if not, we need to know what to add first. thanks.

You mean the nostalgic… site, is that correct?
If that’s the case, it is fine for me to reconfigure later.

i am not sure what you mean by nostalgic site? I mean that if someone pulls up fr-recruitment.de in a browser, they won’t be able to reach the site after we remove the A record, until you add in a new record and point it somewhere :slight_smile:

It is quite late in Germany and I really have to go to bed.
Could you please not delete the A record now, because I cannot change the settings till I wake up.

Should I open a new ticket tomorrow morning or what is the best way to proceed?
