Transfer Request Sent multiple times for the last 2 weeks, No Response

Hi Folks,

I have a domain I bought through netlify. Now I am trying to transfer it out. I followed the process and created a name.com account, verified everything, unlocked the domain and created a support ticket to have the account transferred. I waited 5 days and got no response so I created a second ticket and waited another 5 days and today I just created a third ticket. What can I do here. I can’t see old support requests anywhere, there is no support ticket number, etc. Please advise.

It looks like we responded to the last 2 tickets, just looking for some confirmation around the ICANN details, with that all being said, I’ve gone ahead and transferred the domain to your name.com account.

You should be all set!
