Domain transfer to Name.com stuck for 5 days (corvian.group)

Hi Admins,

I opened a support ticket 5 days ago to transfer my Netlify-purchased domain to my Name.com account, but I have not received any reply yet.

Domain: corvian.group
Name.com Account Code: 3276553-74c221e

My website is currently completely blocked/inaccessible in Egypt, which makes this matter extremely urgent for my business. Could an admin please check my open ticket and escalate this transfer?

Bumping this thread. It has been almost 6 days since the ticket was opened and over 15 hours since posting here, with no response from support. My website corvian.group remains completely blocked in Egypt. Any assistance from the admin team would be greatly appreciated.
